Can I leave my trailer at NEH?

We have facilities for trailers or lorries to be left at the hospital, however this is done at the owners risk.

Who do I speak to for updates?

You are welcome to telephone the referrals office during office hours (8am-6pm) to get updates. The secretarial team will be able to relay information from the attending clinician who will contact you when investigations are complete or if there is any new clinical information to report.

Can I visit my horse?

You are welcome to visit if your horse is hospitalised for a protracted period and the secretarial team will be able to advise you of the best times to attend. Visits during lameness investigations are not possible, however visits in the evening or weekends can be arranged when appropriate.
