HOSPITAL AND REFERRAL SERVICES

Our highly specialised hospital team provides comprehensive elective and 24-hour emergency services for Newmarket-based horses as well as for horses from all over the UK and abroad. We are very happy to discuss referral of a case from other practices, or to offer guidance and additional diagnostic services as required on an individual case basis.

Horses in our hospital are given the highest standard of veterinary care available. A strong team of senior equine veterinary specialists include ECVS and ECEIM Diplomates, RCVS Specialists, Diplomates and Certificate Holders in equine surgery (soft tissue and orthopaedic) and anaesthesia. Our interns all reside on site and provide round-the-clock veterinary care of the in-patients. Our large team of qualified veterinary nurses includes specialised equine nurses whom also participate in our 24-hour service. Our dedicated yard staff handle and look after the wide spectrum of in-patients with experience and skill, and are also a vital part of our emergency team.
