Submitting samples

  • We welcome sample submissions from veterinary practices across the UK. Samples should be accompanied by a completed submission form, available to download below.

  • Please ensure samples are clearly labelled and securely packaged for transit. Guidance on sample types, volumes, and transport conditions is included on each submission form.

  • Most routine tests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Specialist tests and external referrals may take longer — our team can advise on expected timescales for specific analyses.

  • As a BEVA-registered laboratory, we are able to issue official BEVA certificates for results. Please indicate on your submission form if a certificate is required.

  • For sample queries, results discussion, or interpretive support, contact the lab team via the practice office on +44 (0)1638 782050 or email lab@neh.uk.com.
